Main Symptom: Will not complete full cycle stops with error code
What happens & when: while filling stops and displays error code IE
Error Code (if any): IE
Parts or tests already tried: factory reset several times, still getting error code IE. It appears as if the water inlet valve is the issue?

The IE error code indicates a no fill issue. Verify that the valve is open and the water is on. Check the filter on the inlet screens for clogs or foreign materials. Check the connector of the valve and the CN10 on the PCB for damaged or loose connections. Check the testmode 3 and check the valve resistance of between 1.5 and 4 ohms. If the water is on, filter is good and connectors are good, if the test mode 3 does not work then replace the control board and if it does then replace the water valve.
