Turn table won’t spin lmh2016st replaced motor and pcb board any suggestions?

With the bottom panel separated to give access to the turntable motor, does 120 Volts AC reach the motor when the microwave is started? Also, did the turntable coupling look like it was intact and not damaged in any way?
