Turn table won’t spin lmh2016st replaced motor and pcb board any suggestions?

With the bottom panel separated to give access to the turntable motor, does 120 Volts AC reach the motor when the microwave is started? Also, did the turntable coupling look like it was intact and not damaged in any way?
I am not getting 120 and replaced the pcb board and the turn table still does not spin .
Since the main control behind the touchpad and the turntable motor were replaced, the last possibility is that the wire harness has a broken circuit between the control and the turntable motor. Unfortunately, it looks like the harness has been discontinued by the manufacturer from what I see in this link. EAD61674702 Harness, Multi | Genuine Lg OEM In Stock
