LG LFXS26596D/10 compressor fan not working

Main Symptom: Freezer works but not fridge
What happens & when: the fridge is plugged in, all lights work, the compressor is running along with the coil fan at the bottom rear of the fridge. When I press the test button on the main control board, nothing happens…no beeps or error codes. It appears the condenser fan inside the freezer compartment is not turning

Error Code (if any): no error codes

The fan in the freezer is the evaporator fan and should be tested at the motor with a multimeter.
