I have an LG side by side refrigerator model number LSC27925ST. The icemaker will not run a dump ice cycle. I have tried to reset the icemaker by unplugging the unit and also with the reset button. The reset button use to fix the issue however it no longer will cycle the icemaker. Thanks
I am no expert. Since no one replied I thought I would let you know what happened to me some time ago. Different fridge. When it wouldn’t dump ice and went through different checks to see what was going on, figured out that the heating element was broken. That meant it would dump water and freeze the ice, but wouldn’t heat up and release the ice. Ordered a new ice maker and all was fine. Hope that helps even though this may be a late reply.
