Parts or tests already tried: Yes, I tried to use the pin to reset the ice. I then closed the door and the ice cubes were pushed into the bucket, the water refilled the tray, ice were made but never get to push out (harvest) into the bucket (it only does so after the reset).

The video keeps saying it’s unavailable. But basically, it makes ice normally, and when you press the button to dispense the ice, it doesn’t push the ice out, correct?
I clicked on the video link, and it worked every time. You can copy the link and view it on your PC/phone. Anyway, it pushed the ice out only after I reset the icemaker by using the pin (photos). After that the water refilled, ice was made, but it never pushed out by itself.
The fact that your ice maker cycles and fills with water when you press the manual test button tells us that the motor, heater, and water valve are working. The problem is that the ice maker is not triggering the harvest cycle automatically.
On this LG-built Kenmore Elite, I would look at two main possibilities:
1. Ice maker thermistor/sensor
The ice maker has a temperature sensor that monitors the temperature of the ice mold. The control will not automatically harvest the ice until the mold gets cold enough. If that sensor is failing and incorrectly telling the control that the mold is still too warm, the ice can be completely frozen but just sit there until you manually run the test.
Since the thermistor is generally part of the ice maker assembly, if the sensor is bad, you would normally replace the complete ice maker assembly.
2. Check the actual freezer temperature
I would also verify the freezer temperature before replacing anything. Even though it’s cold enough to freeze the water into ice, it could still be too warm for the ice maker to initiate an automatic harvest.
Ideally, you want the freezer around 0°F, generally between about -2°F and 4°F. Put a thermometer in the freezer and see what temperature you’re actually getting.
If the freezer is staying around 0°F and the ice maker will harvest and refill every time you manually test it but will not do it automatically, I would strongly suspect the ice maker assembly/thermistor itself.
