LG Fridge LFX25960ST Compressor Won't Start

Brand: LG
Model Number: LFX25960ST
Main Symptom: No power to compressor
What happens & when:

I have LG fridge LFX25960ST. It went completely dead, no lights or anything. I changed the starter and overload relays, and capacitor. Then when I plugged it in, I would hear a few clicks and then the lights and compressor would turn on for half a second. So then I replaced the control board (#EBR34917109) figuring that might be the problem. Now everything works, except the compressor won’t turn on. All fans and lights work. I checked voltage at the wire harness coming out of the fridge into the starter relay, but I don’t get any voltage readings. Which CON do I check on that control board (EBR34917109) for compressor relay voltage? I know the compressor works, because when I bypass the starter relay and jump-start it, it runs and cools the fridge. Also neither the original control board or the replacement I just bought, have an LED for the test light. Did I get another bad control board?

Check to see if there is 120 Vac to the start device. If there is 120 vac then the relay is faulty and would need to be replaced.

The start relay is brand new. It gives me a reading of 7 ohms, so I think it’s good. I tested the voltage coming out of this wiring harness, that goes to the start relay and capacitor. The black wire which goes to the overload, and blue wire which goes to the start post on the relay, give me a 120vac reading. But the black wire and the pink wire (that goes to the run post on relay) only give a reading of about 2 vac. Not sure what to make of that.
