Parts or tests already tried: installed new ice maker fan motor. The freezer and fridge still work but it is not making ice. If it does, it’s wet ice and freezes in a blob.

It would be recommended to see if the freezer is cold enough. Also check to make sure that there is proper airflow coming out of the top vent on the side wall. You can push the light switch to check this.
