There is a rumbling in the drum when it is turning and is on. The drum seems to be loose in front and rear when moved up and down. If it needs Drum rollers…how do ya gain access to them, and how many is there? There appeared to be 4 on the parts diagram on the web site.

Figuring out whether one or more are shot may or may not be difficult.
I would not order anything till you open it up and check things,
You may as well replace anything else that is worn while you have it apart.
Give the interior including the blower wheel a good cleaning.
Also a good time to check/clean your vent system.
