LG Dryer unresponsive - Dropped control panel and ripped wires out

Brand: LG
Model Number: DLGX4001W
Main Symptom: Won’t power on
What happens & when: This is brand new and I just received it yesterday. I converted it to propane, and when testing it, the front control panel assembly fall off the top of the machine, ripping the wires out of the white connector that goes into the user input board from the main control panel. See picture #1. I found a video online showing the disassembly of this dryer, which showed the right position of the wires, see picture #2. I reinserted the wires in the connector, see picture #3. However after doing this it still won’t work. No response when hitting power button. I saw that when I hit the power button, there’s a red LED on the main control boards that lights for a few seconds, but then turns off. The front panel all stays dark and there’s no sounds. I’m pretty sure I have the wires in the right positions, but not positive. Is it possible something shorted out when this connector was ripped out while the machine was running?

Screen shot of the you tube video and theConnector after I reattached the wires: Looks like the wires are all the same as the bending of the whole control board is the same pictures.Anyway you posted the you tube video or your picture twice by accident. No way all the bends and wiring would lay the same way from a different machine???

I fixed the duplicated image link

Yeah that look s right to me.Don’t know what to say about your problem though.

Yeah, all I can think of is that by getting ripped out when running it shorted out something on the user input board or the main control board.
