I have a LG dryer model DLEX4200B and it’s giving D80 error code and the clean filter light and flow sensor light is blinking.

The d80 error code suggests that the dryer vent system is compromised. Ensure that your vent line is not stopped up, crimped, damaged, or too long. Airflow is the most common issue with the dryer not heating properly and/or taking too long to dry.
But air flow is all clear so then what ?
Using a multimeter, you will need to check the thermistor/sensor, the element, and the wiring from these components back to the board. If there are no airflow issues and the components and wiring are good, this could be an issue with the board.
