LG DLE7300 not heating on normal

Main Symptom: NO Heat on normal
What happens & when: No heat when on normal mode. will heat and dry fine with timed dry. Is this the moisture sensor that has failed?. The lent trap is clean the entire line was cleaned out for lent.

Typically, with the moisture sensor being faulty, the time would drop and the unit would shut off quickly. As for what would typically cause the no heat on one cycle but not another would possibly be something in the control board.
