LG Dishwasher Won't Run, Pt. 2

Main Symptom: Turns on but won’t start
What happens & when: Lets me turn it on and make selections for wash, but never starts and doesn’t show any kind of error

Error Code (if any): none
Parts or tests already tried: turn appliance on/off, turn breaker on/off
Photos / video link: won’t allow me to upload

UPDATE: So, it looks like that was its last gasp. Now it won’t turn on at all when I try it. I’ve turned the breaker on and off again, but that’s no use now. Any ideas with this new development?

Test to make sure that the control board is sending power to the Ui board. If it is but the UI will not come on then the UI would be the issue.

I’ll see if I can find a video showing how to get to the control board and check that out.
