How can I identify which part I need to do a repair? The laundry system is not working and we tested already energy out of the outlet, energy after the cable. The energy is getting there but not going into the system. Both dryer and washer are not working and no breakers have been tripped. The energy is getting to the laundry but nothing is turning on.

Here is the wiring diagram

How did you check the energy (voltage).
Did you check for the 240 volts?
Did you use a meter?
A lot of times you will see 120 volts but this is just one side of the line.
Also you can see the L2 voltage on the L1 wires as it can feed through components so the unit looks OK but in reality you do not have the L1 voltage.
The motors etc use the L1 side of the line.
If you have not done it already slowly turn the breakers off/on a couple times.
Sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker.
If this does nothing, check the voltage at the plug
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.
If OK
Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out
If OK
Check the power at the terminal strip.

Your explanation was really helpful and you were correct! The problem was the electrical wiring done wrong. Thank you again and congratulations for your knowledge:) !
