KMBS104ESS02 wont start. Some buttons unresponsive

all 3 door switches have been replaced. Some buttons such as START, CANCEL, KEEP WARM, ADD MINUTE. No beep or response when pressed. Sometimes the unit will work and sometimes will not.

This unit has two boards inside + the main control panel.

Not sure which one is the issue. It can get really costly replacing all.

Any ideas?

I would suspect the control panel. You might try re-seating the flat connector, sometimes that works. Does it look like this?
