The Rinse ONly light on the front control panel is blinking and the dishwasher will not start. I have recycled the power many times but it did not help. The Cancel button also does not work and when pressed it begins flashing along with the Rinse Only light. How can I test to see if it is the keypad or the control? I have read similar threads but not on this model. Is the testing the same? My model is KUDM0ITJBS0.

Check the keypad with a meter if it checks out OK then it is probably the control board.
This is still a bit of a crap shoot but your odds are better.
The diodes have to be forward biased to check the switches (negative meter lead on the arrow point end).
