**Main Symptom: Ice Maker fan not running
**What happens & when: When the fridge is power cycled the ice maker fan will start and then stop after about 1 min.
Error Code (if any): No error codes, and the thermister test on the IM Passed
Parts or tests already tried: Replaced the IM fan and Main Control board. In diagnostic all parts passed and no error codes found.

Here is something else to consider. If everything checks out, then I’d suspect the UI on the door, which holds the IM logic on this model. I’d definitely double-check the ice box fan operation in test 36, as well as make sure the deli UI set into that left-hand drawer is on and responsive outside of diagnostics mode, and check the freezer and refrigerator fans in test 3. Those 4 components, the 3 fans and the deli UI, are the most prone to failing and dragging on the system. But if all that is good, the temperatures in the unit are good, and nothing else seems to be messing up, then they probably have a logic issue in the main UI on the left-hand fridge door. Let me know how it went.

This is all good information.
In today’s appliances we are using fan motors and other loads made to work using D/C Voltage. This creates a phenomena known as loading down.This can make the appliance to shut down completely or affect other D/C loads.This also can cause erratic behaviors of other D/C loads.
