KitchenAid oven not getting to baking temp

Brand: Kitcheanaid
Model Number: KSDG950ESS2
Main Symptom: Will not get to temp nor hold temp. I have replaced both the baking element and the temp sensor
What happens & when: When I use standard bake or convect, the oven will not get to target temp. If I cancel mid way through and reset preheat, the starting temp is below the temp that was listed on the screen before I cancel.

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: Baking element, temp sensor, main board. This is a 3 year old range.

Does it look like the broil element is cycling on when you’re running preheat? It uses bake and broil to preheat more quickly, cycling them on and off.
