KitchenAid Oven - element will not turn on

When I turn on the oven via the touch-pad controls, the heating element never gets hot.

I tested the element for continuity and it is good. I thought the sensor/thermostat was bad so I replace it. That did not fix the problem.

Then I replaced the microcptr that is down low behind a side panel. Part number is: AP3085947. This did not correct my problem.

I’ve put it through the end of service test sequence. It goes through all of them:

Eb:5l (ELE)
Series of number 185-190ish (155-165ish) <<what is normal?
1-:06
2-:06
3-:06
4-:06
5-:06
6-:06

Anyone know how to determine if I need to replace the other microcptr?

Now I am considering replacing the other microcptr which is under the touchpad area. This part number is: AP3137865

Do any of the elements heat up?
You will notice that there is a relay in-line with all the elements, Item 30 in Section 3.
Also it shows an fuse but I could not find out where this was using the parts breakdown.
Perhaps someone who knows where it is will jump in.
If not you will have to trace the wires back to find it, if this unit has one.

Personally I would not throw a lot of money at this unit.
Looks like the keypad is already a pain obtain, so it is well along the way to obsolescence.
