I just found out that the motor on my KitchenAid KUDS01IJBT1 is dying. Replacement cost is about $450 including parts and labor.
The motor itself is only $115 on this site.
So… I’m not bad with a wrench, but I’m also am man enough to admit when
I’m out of my league. Is this a DIY job or not?
Also, if I’m replacing the motor, are there any other parts I should buy “just in case” or because they always get swapped out at the same time?
Thanks in advance!
