Does the display operate properly and just the touchpad is not functioning? If this is the case, it is very likely that there may be a touchpad or user interface board failure. With the power cord unplugged, the door can be unplugged and removed from the microwave, and set on a flat surface for disassembly. The inner panel would need to be removed, along with the glass frame. This will give access to the user interface section where the keypad can be disconnected from the user interface control. The door can be reconnected to the microwave for testing purposes then the power supply cord plugged back in. Does the display show an error code or does the beeping continue with no error code in the display? Once this is identified, the microwave can be unplugged and reassembled properly.
The user interface is not showing any codes, it’s normal the only thing is it beeps and the only function that gets the microwave to come on is the popcorn button.
If disconnecting the touchpad from the user interface control stops the beeping using the test method described, or shows an error code in the display, the failure would be with the touchpad. If the beeping continues as it currently is, the failure would be with the user interface control. Unfortunately, it appears that both parts have been discontinued by the manufacturer as seen in the following links.
