KitchenAid KDTM354ESS3 stopped mid-cycle, now no power

What happens & when:Refilled the rinse aid container (wondering if it might have leaked and caused a short?). Unit stopped mid-cycle, and now will not power on, no lights in door control panel.

I would check to see if the internal fuse is blown (ensure you have power to the unit) attached is the diagram showing the fuses.

  1. Do I need to remove the backside/interior panel on the door to access the fuses? There are no upper panels, only a SS panel over the entire door. 2) How can I determine if a fuse is blown? Is there a visual indicator or do I need to check power on either side of the fuse? thanks for your advice
