I would check to see if the internal fuse is blown (ensure you have power to the unit) attached is the diagram showing the fuses. Pages from tech-sheet-w11266096-revA.pdf (141.2 KB)
Do I need to remove the backside/interior panel on the door to access the fuses? There are no upper panels, only a SS panel over the entire door. 2) How can I determine if a fuse is blown? Is there a visual indicator or do I need to check power on either side of the fuse? thanks for your advice
Good morning. We replaced the control board and followed the video instructions. Thanks for the video. Unfortunately it did not fix the problem. The top controls still don’t have power or lights. I verified we have power to the dishwasher. What should we try next? Any suggestions? thanks

Using a multimeter, check for 120VAC into the board at connector P4 terminals 1 to 2.
If you have power in at P4, recheck all the connections. If the issue persists, the UI board could be bad as well. If you do not have power at the P4 connection, check the incoming power.
