Last month the washer stopped completing its cycle and I found the circulation pump and motor assembly did not have continuity I replaced the part, ordering from appliance parts pros and it worked great for the past month. It now will fill with water but will not pump water through dishwasher it has continuity and I can hear it making the occasional click and turning sounds of the motor turning underneath the unit.

Update on error codes, the only current error code is F6-E4

Do you have the part # of what was replaced? I’m pretty sure I know what this is going to be, but I want to make sure I’m not telling you to replace something you already have.

Yes. Part W10805015

Also, i just checked continuity on the water level switch and it doesn’t have any. That doesn’t seem right.

Disregard, the water level switch has continuity. Just forgot to depress the switch when I tested the first time.

Will it run the diagnostic test cycle properly, or does it do the same thing there? Just clicking and trying to run, but not actually circulating water.

It gives error codes F6-E4, then the diagnostic cycle starts. I can hear it filling with water, then when it advances I can hear the motor turning without circulating any water.

I wouldn’t worry about that error code, it is notoriously annoying to clear those codes out sometimes. F6E4 just means it read the float/water level switch as open at some point, and you already checked that. The motor running and that clicking noise tells me that the diverter in the sump assembly, which you’ve already replaced, isn’t finding position or it isn’t being seen to find position. Since you’ve already replaced the sump assembly W10805015, that tells me the issue should be with the main control board AP6980968 not seeing the diverter switch close.

Okay, I ordered the part. Thank you for your help!
