kitchenaid fridge s/s , warm in fridge fresh food side

hello guys, Murray here, not that familiar with this model. large s/s . like subzero size, compressor on roof. freezer side functioning fine. fridge side warm , feel no air comming through. simple air baffle assembly ,no electric louvres, straight through from freezer. checked evap coils for defrost problem. coils clean, fan appears to be running up to speed, i think. does the control board # 2252159 control fan speed, i think its on top where compressor is, or does some sensor control fan speed, cannot find wiring diagram anywhere, is the tech manual available for this model. or at least wiring diagram. thanks

Your problem finding info may be due to using an o in the model number, the norm is to use a zero.

Here are your parts

Here is a service manual which should be close
http://appliancedigest.com/index.php?/files/file/355-whirlpool-refrigerator-kar-11-ka-2001-k-model-bi-sxs-refrigerator-with-variable-capacity-compressor-service-manual/
You have to join the site to download the manual but it is free and this is a very good site for manuals and other info for the appliance repair DIYer.

See the attachment for the tech sheet

The air baffle (Item 17 in Section 4 of the parts) does look like it is electrically controlled. Click on the parts picture for more info/views of it.

It does look like the evaporator fan is speed controlled.

I would try running the diagnostics in the tech sheet first.
Check if the baffle opens.

Often there is a vent lower down on the side wall of the fresh food and freezer, check that this is clear on both sides. If it is there and blocked this can screw up the air flow. A common symptom of this is a colder lower section of the fresh food while the top is warmer.
