KitchenAid Electric Range

after doing cleaning procedure was able to use range one time, next time got error and when cleared off and tried to use I immediately got a temperature instead of it starting off a zero degree. I could not set temperature beyond 260 degrees on any setting.

Ordered the keypad microprocessor. When put in only get an error F1:E3. contacted your company and was sent replacement. When put in got same error. Ordered and put in the control panel microcomputer that is on the right side of range. Still get same error. Was told to contact a service tech. He advised get a temperature sensor and when put in still doesn’t work and same error F1:E3. The service tech said only thing could be now was the parts received from your company were faulty. So we contacted your company yet again and they are suppose to send us a replacement keypaid microcomputer.

In the meantime we put in the old keypad microcomputer just to check out again and it still will allow use up to 260 degrees beyond that get error.

I am extremely frustrated. Especially since the old one gives one error and the ones received from your company give a F1:E3 error.
There is not much else we can replace.

WHAT can be wrong???
I have been without an oven for over a month and am really getting tired of ordering parts and getting replacement parts that still don’t work!

Looks like there may be a set up procedure to have the board match your machine
