Kitchen aid Double oven. Top oven will not heat. I just replaced the igniter and no luck.
About 4 years ago similar issue but new igniter worked.
Bottom works like a champ.
Temp lights up as Lo, but doesn’t heat.

Model #KGRS505XBL04. Ignitor will not light. It was out of the box.
The power for the igniter goes through the gas safety valve. Take a picture before removing any wires.
The safety valve should have continuity between the terminals. No continuity means no power to the igniter.
This is not overly common but does happen.
If the gas safety valve checks ok, the control board may not be sending power to that igniter. Also check the wires between the control and igniter in case one is off or burnt.
