I have a four year old KitchAid Kuds02srss1 dishwaher.
The door springs (rope) broke and I have since replaced them (thanks Jake). They are working fine, but now my door is not latching- this started after the last hard door drop.
I’m afraid something may be tweaked out of alignment.
When I try to shut the door, the left side seats in nicely, but the right side seems to not want to shut- I think this is the reason the latch won’t hold. When I pull off the inner seal, the door shuts just fine. It seems like the right side of the door, around the lower section is pushing to hard against the seal. When I inspected the seal, it was slightly cracked in the lower area, which makes me think its not aligned correctly.
Any thoughts? Should I just order a new latch and strike or am I overlooking something?
The K15 Series is engineered to help golfers bring their shots back on line and back in play. Using an innovation known as Straight Flight Technology, PING engineers developed the super-game-improvement line with product features that promote straighter and longer ball flights. In the driver and fairway woods, this is achieved by concentrating more weight in the sole near the heel. This visible technology helps players rotate the club face to a more square impact position, which provides straighter shots. The larger head and face profiles of both the driver and fairway woods result in higher MOIs for greater forgiveness and increased ball speeds.
