What happens & when: From the moment I start the cycle I hear a grinding noise in the washer and when the cycle completes, the top rack dishes are all dirty.

Parts or tests already tried: already replaced Food Chopper Assembly, removing debris from spray nozzles.

That’s usually something in the sump and motor assembly AP6024061 keeping water from going where it should. You’re getting power down there from your description, so we can rule out the control board. You might be able to take it apart to see if the sump housing AP6013432 or the circulation motor AP6024038 is the cause, or something else in there, but it can be hard to 100% verify that way unless you find something glaringly obvious. I usually recommend doing the whole assembly AP6024061 together, less hassle and, honestly, cheaper than trying to replace each part in turn.
