Kitchenaid Dishwasher KDTM604KPS won't start. Only hearing clicks. No error code

Brand: Kitchenaid
Model Number: KDTM604KPS
Main Symptom: UI seems working. Set up cycle and press start. After closing door, sequence started. However, I can only hear some clicking sound from solenoid. No water start to fill, and no draining sound. Last wash completed successfully so there is no water left in tub. No error code either. I tried to start diagnostic mode, but no code - the diagnostic cycle behaved the same - only hearing some clicking noise. After a minute, it appears like cycle completed.
What happens & when:

Error Code (if any): N/A

There should be a number at the end of the model, what number is on the model tag? With the power supply to the dishwasher turned off, the outer door panel can be removed and the touchpad interface left secured to the inner door panel. The wire guard on the main control would need to be removed and there will be a 4-wire connection at the corner of the main control with a white wire, a blue wire with white stripe, a blue wire with red stripe, and a black wire. With a multimeter set to Volts AC and the power supply to the dishwasher turned back on, what voltage is present when testing from the white wire to the black wire? Once that is identified, the next step would be starting a cycle and testing the wires again to identify if the voltage changes. If it changes, what does it change to? If not, the next step would be identifying if 120 Volts AC is reaching the water valve when the clicking is occurring. This voltage can be tested at the main control at connection P6 from the blue wire at pin 1 to the blue wire at pin 3. This connection can be identified by moving 2 wire sets to the right from the first test wires, and pin 1 would be the first wire on the left. What readings do you find?
