Check to see if there is 120 vac to the heater when it is supposed to be on. If there is power but not heating then this will be a faulty heater that would need to be replaced.

So I checked the element and fuse and they are good. What next ?

If there is 120 vac to the heater but not coming on then this would be a faulty heater. If there is not power then the control board would be the issue.
