Kitchenaid Dishwasher cuts out on overload

Heres one for ya Gene  The original motor shorted to ground and tripped breaker. Ordered a new motor/pump assembly and installed. The dishwasher will fill with water and start to wash and then the motor will cutout on overload after a few seconds. Checked amps (Yellow/wash) and found on startup it is pulling 12 amps and the drops down to 10 and trips overload. Blue/white run side is pulling 6 amps and drops to 5 when it trips. The amperage rating on nameplate of dishwasher says motor is 5.8 amps.

I disconnected the pigtail to motor and checked voltage in the normal wash cycle.

Yellow to neutral = 120v
Blue/white to neutral = 120v
Grey to neutral = 0v

Would the relay cause an overamperage of motor?
There is 120v present on LBU, V, and BU-W.

Measure the motor windings resistance. It suppose to be: Run (BU-W to W)- 3.1 Ohms, Wash (Y to W)- 6.5 Ohms and Drain (GY to W)- 6.5 Ohms.

If any of readings is wrong then the motor is bad.
