Hello Everyone,

My wife and I’s Kenmore Ultra Wash 3 started having problems:

Usage - Start it on Normal Wash

Symptoms:

1.) Not draining but I did check the check valve and it was clean and did not check the drainage hose.

2.) It will not progress past the Normal Wash stage - stays stuck there

If anyone has any recommendations we would really appreciate it cause neither my wife nor I are plumbers in any sense of the imagination!:confused::eek:

A model number would be helpful.

On some units the cycle pauses until the water reaches a certain temperature.
Try running a cycle that does not heat the water.
It may be that glassware or rinse is what it is called
