i have the problem alot of people are having with the refrigerator not keeping the food cold, is there anything i can do to fix it. the freezer is working just fine.
I cannot find any info on this model number so the following is just general info.
Check that the evaporator fan is running. It is required to push the cold air into the fresh food side.
Many units have a damper that regulates the amount of cold air that comes from the freezer into the fresh food side, check that it is open.
Remove the cover from the evaporator coils so you can inspect them.
If they are clogged solid with ice and frost you have defrost problem.
Sorry I could not be more helpful.

well i turn the switch on the defrost timer and what do i do after that
Not sure what the question is.
Did you remove the evaporator coil cover and find that the coils were heavily iced/frosted over?
yea and i turned the defrost timer clock wise until i heard a click noise to put it in defrost mode. i waited about 40mins and it never went out of defrost mode, i had to turn it my self so the fridge would start working again.
It sounds like the defrost timer needs replacing
okay i will give that a try, i notice after i let it defrost last night it was a little colder than usual.
