Kenmore washer goes through the spin cycle but clothes still very damp. Seems like it does not spin properly. Any ideas?

Hello,

Make sure the washer is not overloaded and load is not out of balance.

If this is not the issue, run the washer in the Manual Test Mode as instructed in the attached tech sheet and post the results.
