Dryer suddenly stopped heating at all, there is good air flow. Timer also does not work on air dry OR knit delicate but DOES work on timed dry. Still tumbles and blows air.
Hired a guy to diagnose the problem for $100 and he billed for a bad igniter, repair was $300 so i replaced the igniter myself but still doesnt work.
Any ideas what could be?

Test the heat first as some cycles will not advance the timer without the heat working.
