Parts or tests already tried: I flipped the breaker, but it didn’t help.

Do you have access to a multimeter and are you comfortable with testing for live voltage? If so, the terminal block on the range can be tested for 240 Volts AC from the red wire to the black wire. If tested this way does it show 240 Volts AC?
