Kenmore refrigerator bottom freezer not cooling

Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 795.71032010
Main Symptom: not cooling
What happens & when: stopped cooling all fans are working and freezer coils are not frosted over. I

Error Code (if any): no codes on display panel.
Parts or tests already tried: I checked the defrost sensor and circuit breaker, both seem to work according to multimeter. I checked freezer temp sensor and it ranges from 2-9k ohms. I need a service manual to test further as it may be a control panel issue.

Let’s simplify the diagnoses, if all the fans are running along with the compressor and it will not pull the freezer temperature down to 0 degrees, there is a sealed system problem. You said the coils are not frosted over, so there is not a defrost problem. If the coils are clean looking without a frost pattern from top to bottom, it is a sealed system issue. There is either not enough freon or the compressor is failing.

Thank you for this advice, it is what I was afraid of.

Is there a way to diagnose this without specialized tools?

Thanks very much, I did search for it before. Now I see in the image of the manual that my model number is listed.

Wish me luck but I think this is a refrigerant problem now.
