Most keypads are not repairable unless that is your profession. we recommend replacing parts, especially electronics.
I was told it was the control board by the repair tech and then told by a control board repair company that it was the keypad. Is the repair tech incorrect?
Usually, if the keypad is completely dead, it is the control, if some of the keypad works and some of it is dead, it is the keypad, with it partially working you know it is getting power.
