Kenmore Range 790.74334310 not heating

Main Symptom: oven will not heat
What happens & when:

oven will not heat. I replaced the igniter and the issue is still there. I have checked and I have 27 volts AC at the igniter plug. I ohm tested the igniter at 127ohms. Is this normal or do I need or order a new one?

Hi,

If the new igniter is not glowing red it is probably not getting power. Bad clock/control, open gas safety valve (can be ohmed), open/burnt wire between the control and gas safety valve.

Ohm BOTH sets of terminals on the gas safety valve for continuity.

If this checks ok and ALL of the oven wiring checks ok the prime suspect would be the clock/control.
