Request assistance to locate correct model number for a hot/cold water bottle dispenser. the unit was purchased thru Sears warehouse outlet store.
The tag on the back of the unit has the following information.

Sears said it was not their product, and no supplier can cross that number.
Looking to replace broken water supply tube in top assembly
Unit looks like a Haier product slim line design with cold storage in base of unit
