I have a kenmore 110 that won’t spin. Sometimes it will work when I wiggle the timer. I haven’t rang out the lid switch but I can hear it click and the timer is running but no motor. I replaced the rubber connector a few years ago.
If the timer is running when the machine is not spinning it should not be a lid switch problem. The fact that you can get it to operate by wiggling the timer suggests the time is the problem.
If that does not fix it, post back with what happened and your full model number.
