Kenmore 59675262701 bottom freezer
Ice maker does not dispense ice. Water valve is working, fill tube is not blocked. Installed brand new ice maker and still no ice…any ideas??
Is there a separate control board that supply’s power?
Hey, Dave, I am assuming it is putting water into the icemaker but is is not going into a harvest mode? In that case, you are not getting voltage to the icemaker, or the temperature in the freezer is not 0-5 degrees. Check the temperature first with a thermometer stuck in between two packages of something frozen, then check the voltage going to the icemaker, you should have 120 vac.Let me know what you find.
