Kenmore Front Load Spin Cycles are Stripped

Main Symptom: Certain cycles are stripped & unable to select wash temp or spin speed
What happens & when: When using the washer, can no longer use Bulky/Bedding and Normal cycles; they are stripped. I use casual cycle only.

Error Code (if any): Currently not receiving any error codes
Parts or tests already: Have not test or purchased any parts
Photos / video link: Casual cycle will allow wash temp and spin speed

When you say they are stripped what do you mean? Are you hearing a grinding sound? Can you just not select those cycles on the control; panel?
