Kenmore Fridge, Sides getting HOT

so i think i may know this solution, maybe start off with vacuuming the coils on the back and on the bottom after removing that front plastic cover. Helping my mom, its their fridge, but when i was up ther today, noticed that the left and right sides of their Refrigerator (fridge on bottom, freezer on top) about the middle of the side of the fridge, like where the freezer part starts, the left side is pretty warm and the right side is a lot warmer, almost hot to the touch, on the exterior, the inside is fine.

any suggestions, do you think a good clean of the coils and maybe lettting ab box fan blow on it for a while to cool it down will help, or is this a sign that the condenser fan is going bad.

Was trying to get a user manual from the Kenmore site to check for troubleshooting tips for the 795-73262300 fridge but their page for the manuals will not work.

I could not find the unit at Sears parts site but it comes up at AppliancePartsPros which is strange.

Check/clean the rear panel and front kick plate vents.
Check/clean the condenser coils.
Check/clean the condenser/compressor fan blade.

If the fan is running when the compressor is running and seems to have good speed then it is probably OK.

Do not expect the fridge frame to cool down right away, it will take several hours.
