If the unit is not cooling in the refrigerator or freezer compartment then this will most likely be the start device has failed. If the start device does not correct the issue then the compressor is faulty and would need to be replaced by an authorized servicer.

Do you hear any clicking noises?
If yes, try the new relay kit.
If no, then you probably have a compressor/refrigeration system issue = $$$ repair.

I tested the relay and it looks liked its bad. Tested the comparator and it was good. Looking for a new relay to buy now. Also it is odd tht the compressor starts ok but won’t cool are shutdown. Thanks for the replies!
No clicking noise from the relay. Checked the compressor with a ohm meter and it looked ok. Thanks!
That is good and good…but compressors can fail electrically, mechanically, draw too much current, run but not pump efficiently.
Not sure what that is asking.
