I have been seeing water accumulate under the crispers in the refrigerator. After doing a number of searches, I came to the conclusion that the freezer drain is plugged. I tried to access the drain hole by taking the back panel out of the freezer, but can’t figure out how to do it. I have removed the screw in the upper right, released the 2 clips at the top, but the panel stays put. There seems to be something on the left side that is holding it, but I don’ see any more screws or clips and I am afraid of pulling too hard and breaking something. I was able to get a piece of tubing to the drain and siphon some water out but not enough to free the clog. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you can get a tube to the drain, you may not have to take the cover off. If all the ice in the drain is melted, try blowing on the tube you can reach it with to clear it out. If it’s not melted, pour hot water in the tube. You can also use a turkey baster to force water or air to clear the drain.
