Kenmore Elite washer won't drain. OE code showing

Main Symptom: OE code showing. Won’t drain
What happens & when: Checked the drain lines. No blockages. Unplugged for 5 minutes. Changed the drain pump and water level sensing solenoid. Washer worked for 5 cycles then the OE code popped up again.

Error Code (if any): OE
Parts or tests already tried: Water level solenoid and drain pump.

The OE code indicates the machine cannot empty the tub in a set amount of time. Check for kinked hoses, obstructions in the hoses and pump. Ensure the pump is actually working, it could be running but the impeller may not be turning.
