Kenmore Elite Oasis

Okay so I’ve had Sears here twice to look at it, fortunately they didn’t gouge us the 2nd time.

F-32 error.

I’ve seen fixes where you can reset the pressure sensor to zero. However, I don’t know where to find the technical data sheet to do this. Is this file available online?

Thank you in advance!

Kenmore,

Being a Sears/Kenmore unit, The Technical Data Sheet will most likely not be on the internet. But you should find it attached to the inside of the front panel(or inside the control panel)if it has been used.

The F32 code, indicates a long drain time. are you sure the washer drains properly ? There could be a twist ,kink, or clog in the air dome hose, as well.

This may help,

I am 100% sure it’s draining fine. It gets to the 12 minute mark, many people have had this issue.

The pressure sensor(excuse my lack of proper vocabulary if this is incorrect) is supposedly being affected by the humidity in the tub. On this forum, someone had mentioned changing the pressure sensor setting to zero.

The test mode errors out on C7, and even when I try to skip to C8… It goes right to C9 which completes the cycle.

My question to you is, by front panel… Do you mean the instrument panel where all of the buttons are?

And thank you so much for your help!

Kenmore,

By front panel, I mean the front of the cabinet, below the top seam. You’ll need to raise the top of the washer( where the lid is located) by finding the hold down spring clips, and pressing in on them with a putty knife, and lifting up on the corner.
The instrument panel, with the buttons, is the control panel, if the tech sheet is not attached to the front panel, hopefully someone left it in the control panel area.

C7 in the diagnostics cycle, should be the drain cycle . it should drain until the spin basket is empty and engages the drive hub, then 10 seconds longer,it should then do a slow spin and shut off and coast down to 0 RPM.

Let us know what happens
