Kenmore Elite Oasis HE F1 error code

My Kenmore Elite Oasis HE washer is showing a F1 error code. I am trying to find out what part is needed to repair this issue. The F1 code is to the point of having this code 17 times a load. Part of the time it will not forward past certain time to finish the load.

Any help and information is appreciated.

This is a control board failure, here is the explanation from the service manual.
