I have a kenmore elite that has always worked perfectly, even this morning it was working great. After my washing was over, the washer was turned off, the electricity went out for about 30 mins. This evening I went to wash another load and there is no power to the washer. The outlet has power but the washer does not. I tried the spin level test but nothing. No sound no anything. Also the lid is locked shut. Any ideas?
Invalid model number, check that again. Should be a tag with model number and serial number.
