Parts or tests already tried: tested thermal fuse-ok, timer-no continuity, could it be the start push start start switch

That’s going to be a motor relay or board issue. Access the motor relay; it should have a pink/black wire going into two terminals. Put your multimeter probes in each terminal and press the start button. Keep the terminals in position. You should read 120 volts AC. Once you let go of the push-to-start switch, the relay should stay closed and show 120 volts. If it does, then the board is bad; if it drops voltage, the relay is not staying closed, and it would need to be replaced.
